BALMEROL AQUAROLL 632 PDP
Balmerol Aquaroll 632 PDP is a semi-synthetic cold rolling oil. This product caters to the demands of modern 4/6-Hi CR mills operating at moderate to high speed in the range of 500 to 800 mpm. It’s synergistic blend of synthetic esters with performance enhancing additive package provides desired lubricity / load bearing ability for thin gauge rolling at high speed and resistance to oxidation & microbial growth. This formulation package provides excellent gauge reduction characteristics, enhanced roll life and vastly improved emulsion life leading to direct scope of productivity improvement. Good strip cleanliness, provided by inherent detergency and good burn off characteristics of this oil results in improved quality of rolled steel. Much reduced specific oil consumption also ensures direct savings to the user.
