Balmerol Aquaroll T 52 MSR meets the exact requirements of Cold Rolling Oils for 5 / 6 Stand Tandem Cold Rolling Mills (CRM). It is a semi-synthetic, dispersion type cold rolling oil, tailor made to suit the direct coolant application system of 5 / 6 Stand Tandem CRM. It is formulated to provide desired lubricity / load bearing for thin gauge & high speed rolling and also provide resistance to oxidation and microbial contamination. The formulation package is designed to provide good gauge reduction, enhanced roll life, reduced scum generation, good strip finish through its inherent detergency and total burn-off characteristics. Its unique dispersion nature will ensure good recovery in the regeneration / recuperation line of the coolant system.
