Balmerol Synth Moldol 46 is a synthetic ester based mould release oil, especially designed for lubrication of mould during continuous or batch wise casting of ferrous and non – ferrous billets. Balmerol Synth Moldol 46 has excellent boundary lubrication property because of its inherent chemical structure which enhances life of the mould and its efficiency. The product can be disposed off without any environmental concern.
Balmerol Synth Moldol 46 is also an ideal synthetic biodegradable and eco-friendly substitute, where agro – based rape seed oil is used as mould release oil during casting.
